We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. We're looking for a talented, hard-working professional who enjoys a fast-paced start-up environment.
Pay $25/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: Carson City office between the hours of 8am and 5pm
Friday - Remote
Responsibilities:
  • Process check requests and expense reports regularly.
  • Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies.
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
  • Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
  • Audit and process credit card bills.
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries.

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma. Associate degree in accounting preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience with accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytic abilities.
