Description
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, supporting the sales pipeline, and building relationships with potential clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a dynamic and supportive team. This position is a full time position, located in Downtown Denver.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound lead generation campaigns, including cold calls, emails, messaging to reach our key target audience and set up meetings to begin sales process.
  • Research contacts, customers, and ways to connect with our key targets to generate meetings for sales team.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and maintaining strong records in the CRM and system.
  • Participate in sales meetings, giving updates on contacts, and progress, and presentations to learn and contribute to deal development.
  • Manage and deliver to key metrics from lead generation and meeting setting, contributing to new customer growth.
  • Assist with data gathering, discovery, and support proposal development and follow-up on client communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with company offerings.
  • Ability to connect and engage with customers in a timely, and professional manner.
  • Support administrative components of sales to drive deals to close.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with prospective clients.
  • Eagerness to learn sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, specifically staffing and outsourcing, and customer service experience is a plus but not required.
