Join our team! We are currently seeking dedicated Injection Injection Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team in Whitewater, WI. This role is critical to supporting press operations by performing efficient and accurate mold changeovers while ensuring quality production in a clean, safe, and lean manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize tasks with a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Perform mold installations into plastic injection equipment following proper setup procedures.
  • Verify and install all correct nozzles, hoses, and connections for each tool.
  • Load appropriate machine programs and make first-article parts.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional checks to ensure parts meet quality standards.
  • Clean tools and equipment regularly; uphold 5S and TPM housekeeping standards.
  • Use crane systems safely for mold handling and setup.
  • Operate injection molding machines, including basic press functions (e.g., mold open/close, purging).
  • Execute minor adjustments to auxiliary equipment and assist with resin changes.
  • Document quality data and maintain records as required.
  • Support other production areas by working as a press operator or assembler when needed.
  • Proactively plan and prepare for daily mold changes and shift workload.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience with injection mold set-up and changeover
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the duration of the shift.
  • Understanding of injection molding machines and basic tooling components (fittings, torque wrenches, fasteners, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail with a team-first, safety-conscious mindset.
