Work to design and develop new processes and process equipment; improve existing products and processes; work on facility improvement projects; design and develop new products

Improve existing processes and equipment to improve yields, increase throughput, improve product quality, and improve worker safety

Support manufacturing to help solve production issues and problems which arise on the plant floor

Design, specify, and work with vendors to order and install needed facility mechanical equipment

Design and develop new processes and process equipment to meet the needs of new product requirements and manufacturing needs

Support maintenance to help solve maintenance issues and problems

Improve design of existing products using input from sales, marketing, and customers

Design, specify, and have built all tooling required for product development projects

Design and develop new products using input from sales, marketing, and customers

Qualifications:

local candidates only. BSME REQUIRED with 3-5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. NO NEW GRADUATES. Must have autoCAD LT and/or Solidworks experience; robotics experience a plus.
