We design, develop, and manufacture world-class plastic components and automated systems for leading companies across the automotive, consumer, medical, healthcare, electronics, and industrial sectors. Our products and services are used by customers in more than 32 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for Molding Technicians to join our growing team. Molding Technicians are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality parts. They play a critical part in minimizing downtime, optimizing processes, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Molding technicians will troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform inspections, and support preventative maintenance activities. Success in this role directly impacts production efficiency, product quality, and overall operational performance.

Minimum Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an injection molding environment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical certification in manufacturing or related field
  • Experience with injection molding machines and automation systems
  • Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment for production
  • Load programs and verify process parameters (clamping, injection, ejection, etc.)
  • Start machines and approve production following first-piece inspection
  • Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues
  • Adjust processes to minimize downtime and scrap
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
