Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Injection Molding Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of injection molding machinery used in plastics production. Your expertise will ensure high-quality output, optimal machine performance, and adherence to safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes and work with advanced industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate injection molding machines, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
  • Monitor production runs, making adjustments to optimize cycle times, quality, and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections using precision measurement instruments and dimensional measurements to verify product specifications.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with injection molding equipment, robotic systems, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and other industrial machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Handle materials safely using proper materials handling techniques and forklift operation when necessary.
  • Document production data, machine performance logs, and quality inspection results accurately for continuous improvement initiatives.
