Schedule:

Day Shifts:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-4:30pm
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-6:30pm

Night Shifts:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6:00pm-4:30am
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00pm-6:30am

Weekend Shift:

  • Friday-Sunday: 6:00am-6:30pm

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour, depending on shift

General Summary: Express Employment is recruiting for a Baldwin, WI company in search of a Molding Operator. This company is a plastic injection molding company with contract assembly capabilities dedicated to providing our customers with high-value manufacturing services. They specialize in high-volume injection molding with their full complement of equipment, ranging in size from 30 tons to 400 tons capacity. From prototypes to production, their number one goal is to exceed your injection molding & assembly requirements.

The Molding Operator is responsible for operating a manual injection molding machine. This position does not require experience, and you are able to sit or stand during your shift. They offer a family-friendly culture and do grill-outs to thank employees.

Job Duties:

  • Operate injection molding machines.
  • Setup cell per work instructions and maintain cycle times to ensure delivery dates.
  • Remove molded plastic part from machine.
  • Quality: visually check products for defects.
  • Follow procedures and communicate concerns to supervisor.
  • Cleanliness: keep work area clean and stocked for job.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and stand for long periods of time
  • Drug Screen
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
