Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of a hospital. This leadership role oversees accounting, payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting while supporting the organization's financial health.

Education:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.

Experience:

  • Experience in hospital financial management required
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience working with external auditors
  • Experience supporting regulatory reporting requirements
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Critical Access Hospital experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting, payroll, and accounts payable.
  • Manage month-end and year-end financial close.
