Position Summary:
The Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager will lead the development, and strategic utilization of Winchester's data and analytics environment. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable business insights that drive decision-making across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The position will own the Supply Chain Data Warehouse, analytics platforms, KPI development, and reporting infrastructure while proactively identifying opportunities related to cost reduction, inventory optimization, productivity, supplier performance, working capital, and supply chain risk. The successful candidate will combine technical data expertise with strong business acumen to uncover trends, solve complex problems, and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, supply chain analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, Looker, Google Sheets, and modern analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, or financial processes.
  • Experience performing data mining, exploratory analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ability to develop business cases and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Epicor, QAD, Syspro, Syteline, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or AI-enabled analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting supply chain transformation, digitalization, or data warehouse initiatives.

Pay Transparency:
Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
