Job Duties

Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Strategy team to support additional workload for critical delivery for various projects.
Develop and implement advanced analytical models using statistical techniques, machine learning, and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse or other data storage systems.
Research data sources and adhere to national standards for data mastering, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate data findings and recommendations to the Director and other team members.
Assist with project planning and execution by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented models and recommend improvements or adjustments as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering and business intelligence, to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analytics, data engineering, and data science.

Position Qualifications
Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)

Salary commensurate with experience within posted range.
