The University of the Cumberlands is currently seeking qualified adjunct faculty members to teach courses in our Business Analytics program. This includes courses in Data Exploration & Visualization, Database Management Systems for Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Mining, and Business Analytics for Decision Making.
As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in accordance with course objectives and curriculum guidelines. You will utilize your expertise in business analytics to engage students in interactive learning experiences and provide them with practical knowledge and skills relevant to the field.
Qualifications:
  • A doctoral degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analytics, including data exploration & visualization, database management systems, business intelligence, and data mining.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in utilizing educational technologies and learning management systems, preferably Blackboard or similar platforms.
