Job Summary:
Advanced Innovative Technology Corp. TrakMotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to transform their vast data landscape into actionable insights. The role involves designing interactive dashboards, performing data validation, and collaborating with business units to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Design, gather requirements, create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various organization departments
• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, third party tools, customer portals, etc.)
• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions
• Develop documentation of procedures and process flows for key reports, data flows and business processes performed by the department
• Support the maintenance of internal company databases and files
• Conduct due diligence analysis and validation of various internal and external data related exercises
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in retail, business intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis or other analytics related fields
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, Power BI
• Experience with compiling, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting large complex data sets
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred:
• familiarity with automotive aftermarket industry, vehicle parts and parts data documentation knowledge
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish
