As a “Manager, Business Intelligence”, you will use team leadership, analytical, and critical thinking skills to scope, design, and deliver business intelligence solutions, data integrations, & analytical reporting capabilities.  Specifically, this role will develop, enrich, optimize, & maintain Domo datasets, ETL, Cards, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions to support corporate data and analytical systems and reporting capabilities. This position will assist IT leadership with BI team development and project management. This position will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and Agile/Kanban environment, supporting various manufacturing, financial, and analytical enterprise business intelligence and data systems.


  1. Develop Domo business intelligence and data solutions including data sets, ETL, Beast Mode, Connectors, Cards, workflows, Apps, and Dashboards.
  2. Interface with stakeholders to discover and scope business requirements for new and existing business intelligence and data solutions.
  3. Develop documentation and provide end-user training on business intelligence and data solutions.
  4. Interface with Systems Engineering/Administration and 3rd-Party support partners for timely resolution of technical issues and new system development.
  5. Lead, coach, and develop a team of business intelligence developers.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

  • 5+ years’ experience developing advanced Domo BI assets, datasets, workflows, and applications (Required)
  • 5+ years’ experience in SQL, SSRS, Redshift, and other data transformation technologies (Required)
  • 5+ years’ experience in data warehousing, analytical workflows, reporting interfaces and visualizations (Required)
  • 5+ years’ experience in database management, testing and debugging, data analysis, and documentation (Required)
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting manufacturing and/or finance business intelligence applications (Required)
  • 3+ years’ experience with advanced MS Excel reporting & data functions (CSV import, VLookup, Pivot) (Preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience with foundational web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, & JavaScript) (Preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience with minimum of one data-oriented programming language (Java or Python) (Preferred)
  • Willingness and desire to learn and apply advanced data technologies such as AI/ML/MCP, Python, APIs, and cloud database development
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, tackling complex problems
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across organizational boundaries
  • Experience working with at least one cloud technology ecosystem such as AWS or Azure (AWS preferred)
  • Engages in regular continued education opportunities and proactively brings opportunities for improvement to team, direct manager, and business stakeholders.
  • Be accountable to yourself and team for quality and timely delivery of product features
  • Be able to communicate and take ownership for overcoming roadblocks to performance/solution delivery
  • Able to articulate technical concepts in as non-technical a manner as possible without distorting the message
