Who You Are
  • High-Impact Seller: 5+ years of success in digital media, branded content, or influencer sales, with a track record of beating ambitious revenue targets.
  • Consultative Partner: You don't just sell; you uncover client needs and deliver solutions that build long-term, multi-channel partnerships.
  • Culture-First Marketer: You understand what matters to Gen Z - from K-entertainment to creators to emerging digital platforms - and can guide brands to show up authentically.
  • Relationship Architect: Skilled at building trust with clients and agencies at every level, from day-to-day buyers to senior decision-makers.

  • Entrepreneurial: Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by building in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Teammate: Thrives in cross-functional environments and values working with creative, production, and strategy partners to deliver best-in-class work.
  • **Market-Based: You are based in New York, Los Angeles, or Chicago, with an established understanding of the local brand and agency landscape.**
