With over 500,000 Gen Z students across every major U.S. campus and 1,000+ brand partners including Uber, Poppi and Etsy, we’re building the leading platform where students turn creativity into opportunity - and where brands authentically show up on campus and online.

Role Overview

Home From College is seeking an Account Manager to lead client partnerships, ambassador initiatives, and creator-led campaigns. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking, strong client communication, and operational execution while managing multiple integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing, campus/community engagement, or experiential and social campaigns, and understands how to connect brands with Gen Z audiences authentically.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client communication and partnership management

  • Lead execution of creator campaigns, ambassador programs, and community activations

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, campaign plans and budgets

  • Manage creator and ambassador onboarding, communication, deliverables, and approvals

  • Present campaign updates, insights, and performance recaps to clients

  • Ensure campaigns stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with KPIs

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and deepen client relationships

  • Mentor Account Coordinators and support team development

  • Stay current on Gen Z behavior, creator economy trends, and campus culture

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, experiential marketing, ambassador/community programs, or advertising

  • Proven experience managing client relationships and integrated campaigns

  • Strong understanding of creators, student ambassadors, and social-first marketing

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and campaign optimization

  • Comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders

Preferred Traits

  • Strategic and highly organized

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience preferred

  • Strong collaborator and problem-solver

  • Passionate about Gen Z culture, communities, and brand storytelling
