Job Description:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads, trains, and coordinates a team of Financial Analysts within the Corporate FP&A support function, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable analysis aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversees property-level FP&A support, partnering with property finance and operating teams to assess performance, identify trends, and communicate key business drivers.
  • Supports advanced casino analysis, including gaming performance, profitability, operational trends, and enterprise and property-level decision support.
  • Coordinates marketing financial reporting and oversight, including program performance, reinvestment trends, profitability, and related financial impacts across properties.
  • Develops and enhances analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting packages that provide visibility into property performance, casino operations, marketing effectiveness, and financial results.
  • Coordinates utilization of SQL, business intelligence tools, and advanced analytical methods to improve reporting accuracy, automate recurring analysis, and strengthen FP&A decision support.
  • Partners with corporate and property leadership to translate complex financial, gaming, and marketing data into concise insights, recommendations, and performance narratives.
  • Responsible for providing the foregoing services to Seminole Gaming to the extent authorized in the Support Services Agreement and under the supervision and direction of Seminole Gaming and its duly authorized employees, consistent with Internal Control Standards and applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or related analytical experience.
  • Casino gaming, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and coordinate financial analysts or cross-functional analytical teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial, casino gaming, marketing, and operational data and convert findings into actionable insights.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL, relational database concepts, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with Finance ERP systems and/or ERP implementations preferred, including Workday or comparable enterprise financial systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to produce complex analyses, executive-ready presentations, professional documentation, and effective business communications.
  • Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and analytical topics clearly and concisely.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently through ambiguity while coordinating priorities across corporate and property stakeholders.
