EMR - EPIC

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x

NBO: 8 hrs

OT billing:
--- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
--- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs

Deliveries per month: 160-180

High Risk Deliveries Sioux City is in a location where they have a very high risk patient population. Large population of non-English speaking patients.

We need them to have excellent clinical skills because we don t have a physician on site 24/7 so our nurses do a lot of triage and assessments prior to the physician seeing them. We would also like them to have experience with larger high volume delivery centers.



Requirement description :
  • Circulating experience is needed, scrub experience encouraged
  • multiple travel contracts completed encouraged
  • EPIC STORK experience encouraged - note in profile
  • High Risk experience required
  • Experience within previous year at larger high volume delivery centers -- 200-300 deliveries/month
  • High acuity experience

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work history/resume
  • Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
  • Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
  • License verification
  • Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
  • References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

Weekend Requirements : every other including holiday rotation
On Call Requirements : NONE, but an extra shift is scheduled in lieu of On Call
