Job description

End User Computing (EUC) Analyst

Location: Northbrook, IL

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time (Onsite)

Bell Flavors & Fragrances is a global manufacturer of flavors, fragrances, botanical extracts, and ingredient specialties headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois. We are seeking a service-oriented End User Computing (EUC) Analyst to join our IT team and support end users across a multi-site manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, troubleshoot endpoint and application issues, manage device lifecycle activities, and support Microsoft 365 and Intune-managed environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, customer support, and working across both office and operational settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices and user-facing technologies.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise productivity tools.
  • Manage tickets, user access requests, patching, and documentation.
  • Participate in incident response activities and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma required
  • Associates Degree or higher strongly preferred 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or EUC roles.
  • Strong experience with Windows support, Microsoft 365, and Intune or similar MDM tools.
  • Experience supporting users across multiple locations; manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Citrix VDI experience is a plus.
