Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Urology Clinical Education team, the Clinical Education Manager will support company training and education initiatives through the activities of their clinical educators. The Regional Clinical Education Manager will be responsible for motivating and advising their representatives to improve their performance by effective planning, setting activity goals, effective coaching of team members, and working cross functionally with other departments.

 

About the Role:

  • Responsible for regional Clinical Education team; creates and executes comprehensive strategies to exceed clinical training and education objectives and develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
  • Develops value-added solutions that meet customer business needs, has broad business knowledge, as well as deep territory knowledge.
  • Manages resources to ensure sales and clinical education objectives are met, anticipates internal/external business challenges to align priorities, strategies, and tactics. 
  • Develops broad influence through a robust set of internal/external relationships across the organization to achieve desired results. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated medical device, healthcare, and/or training and education experience.
  • Ability to travel 75%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of clinical education management of direct or independent sales representatives.
  • 5+ years of nursing or healthcare field experience preferred.
