Job description

SUMMARY At Dimensional Innovations (DI), we exist to relieve the world of mediocre experiences and create remarkable ones. Our people make the remarkable possible through uncommon commitment, creativity, and collaboration.The Digital Marketing Designer plays a critical role in bringing DI&CO's digital presence to life across email, web, and digital platforms. This role is responsible for the execution, design, and optimization of digital marketing experiences across all DI&CO brands, ensuring every interaction is visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.This position requires a strong balance of design expertise, UX/UI thinking, and digital marketing execution, along with the ability to translate content into engaging, high-performing digital experiences.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS may include but are not limited to:
Digital Marketing Execution
  • Design and build client newsletters and email campaigns (ActiveCampaign or similar platforms) across DI&CO brands
  • Develop landing pages for campaigns and business development pursuits
  • Ensure all digital communications are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams across DI&CO to align messaging and execution
Website & UX/UI
  • Support ongoing updates and improvements across all DI&CO websites (DI, Shield, Infinity, DI Build, and additional brands)
  • Enhance user experience and navigation across case studies, campaign landing pages, and key site areas
  • Create wireframes and mockups using Figma or similar tools as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and usability across all digital properties
Design & Content Packaging
  • Translate content into compelling digital formats across DI&CO platforms
  • Design blog layouts, thought leadership content, and interactive or downloadable assets
  • Ensure consistency and cohesion across all digital touchpoints and brands
  • Maintain alignment with DI&CO brand standards and visual identity systems
Performance & Optimization
  • Monitor and improve email engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates) across brands
  • Analyze website performance (bounce rate, time on page, user behavior) across DI&CO sites
  • Recommend UX and design improvements based on data insights
  • Test and iterate on layouts, messaging, and user flows to improve performance

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Strong UX/UI design and digital layout skills
  • Ability to translate strategy and messaging into clear, engaging digital experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Understanding of web best practices, responsive design, and user behavior
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong project management and effective team collaboration skills
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability
  • Ability to balance creative execution with strategic objectives
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Demonstrates ownership of workflows, organization, and production efficiency

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, UX/UI, or marketing execution required
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, UX/UI, and campaign execution required to be considered (please submit with application)
  • Experience with website CMS platforms and email marketing tools
  • Experience working across multiple brands or platforms preferred
