  • Work alongside installation crews, Project Managers, and other trades
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Help load, transport, and install materials and equipment
  • Maintain a safe, organized job site
  • Communicate with your team while traveling and help solve challenges in the field
  • Deliver the level of quality and craftsmanship DI is known for

When you're not traveling, you'll work from our Overland Park shop helping prepare for upcoming projects and supporting the production team.

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of installation experience in signage, construction, or a related trade
  • Basic ability to read blueprints or shop drawings
  • Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with vinyl and graphics installation is a plus
  • OSHA and DOT certifications are preferred but not required
  • Ability to obtain an MEC for DOT
  • Must own basic hand tools and be comfortable using power tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively, often with short notice
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Why DI?
  • Work on one-of-a-kind projects across the country
  • Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Quarterly bonus opportunities through the Great Game of Business
  • A team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and doing things the right way
