  • Host structured business reviews and sales-focused team meetings to align on revenue goals, highlight top-performing behaviors, and ensure team focus on highest-priority categories and clients.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Loyalty, and Brand Experience teams to secure exclusive product opportunities and curated assortments that fuel client interest and purchasing behavior.
  • Continuously optimize workflows and outreach strategy, aligning digital selling practices with seasonal business drivers, inventory shifts, and Saks Global revenue priorities.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins and business coaching sessions, identifying growth opportunities and removing barriers to performance for each stylist.
  • Track, analyze, and act on weekly and monthly sales and engagement metrics, using insights to shape future outreach strategy, training focus areas, and team priorities.
  • Act as a central collaborator across Saks Global selling function, sharing best practices and participating in cross-brand efforts that unlock new business and expand high-value client engagement.

YOU WILL BRING:
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in fashion, digital selling, or client development, with a minimum of 3 years in a people management or team leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets, with experience managing KPI-driven teams in a high-touch, luxury service environment
  • Expertise in digital clienteling tools, CRM systems, and virtual styling platforms, with a strong understanding of omnichannel customer behavior and engagement
  • Exceptional storytelling, styling, and content creation skills, with a sharp editorial eye and deep knowledge of product curation and luxury fashion trends
  • Analytical, strategic, and execution-focused, with the ability to quickly interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and pivot strategies as needed
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to influence and partner with teams across merchandising, marketing, tech, and operations
  • Deep passion for customer experience and team development, with a commitment to elevating both client satisfaction and team performance in a premium retail setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with competitive styling programs and a strong POV on experience design
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority

YOUR LIFE AND CAREER AT SAKS GLOBAL:
