Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our Sales & Design Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and excels at client communication, organization, and follow-through. You’ll work closely with our design and sales team, acting as a liaison between them and clients to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client communications via email and phone
  • Track and follow up on design quotes, project proposals, and job statuses
  • Schedule and manage client appointments and design meetings
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and project updates
  • Assist with documentation and file management for ongoing projects
  • Support the Design Team with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Ensure timely responses and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward
