MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Operations Lead to join our team in Tampa, FL.

The Data Operations Lead will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support the Sponsor’s digital projects and data-driven missions, to include managing agile development processes, directing data operations workflows, and translating complex customer request requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading digital project management initiatives and strategic workflows in direct support of SOF enterprise customer missions

  • Managing and optimizing SOF agile development processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital capabilities

  • Directing SOF Data Operations processes and procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity, accessibility, and security

  • Overseeing the triage and fulfillment of SOF digital support request requirements, including translating complex customer requests and assigning appropriate support teams

  • Collaborating with management, internal teams, stakeholders, and customer authorities to successfully navigate complex system requirements and data flows

  • Maintaining comprehensive operational documentation, system baselines, and configuration management items to support mission compliance

  • Recommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements to streamline data operations and enhance team performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of progressively responsible digital project management experience in support of SOF enterprise customers

  • Significant experience managing complex, intertwined systems, data flows, and technical agendas across large, diverse teams

  • Significant experience meeting security and operational compliance requirements in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex digital project documentation and technical baselines to stakeholders

  • Experience with network documentation, configuration management, and tracking project lifecycle metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a related field

  • Active TS/SCI is preferred

  • Three years of dedicated experience managing SOF agile development processes and methodologies

  • 3+ of experience directly managing SOF Data Operations processes and procedures

  • 3+ of experience managing SOF digital support request requirements, with a proven track record of translating customer requests and assigning technical support teams

Clearance Requirements:

  • An active Top Secret is required for this position.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
