Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy and production operations at our Porter, IN facility. This role is ideal for someone

who thrives in an organized environment and takes pride in precision and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in company systems
  • Perform daily inventory updates and adjustments
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records
  • Generate inventory and production reports as needed
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials
  • Communicate with warehouse and production teams regarding inventory issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of data entry or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
