Description

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Management Professional to support our new and existing clients. In this role, team members will focus on managing quotations, processing orders, and general pre- and post-sale support, including managing a high volume of complex transactions and contractual commitments within an assigned territory. Project management responsibilities will also be part of the role, ensuring a timely and successful delivery to meet our clients’ needs.

In addition to working with the Regional Sales Manager team and clients directly, this role is responsible for interfacing with internal cross-functional teams, which includes advocating to ensure client interests are represented within the company. Keys to success in this role will be strong communication, professional relationship-building, and an ability for critical thinking in risk- and situational-based contexts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with clients and various internal teams to help build and maintain client relationships and clients’ perception of X-ES. This position also holds the responsibility of ensuring clients are kept up to date on pertinent information regarding company policies and product status.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Author sales quotations while working with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to determine optimal product selection, pricing, and lead time.
  • Review, enter, and manage client sales orders and change orders through shipment, including communicating and driving contractual requirement resolution directly with clients.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and track schedules with cross-functional teams to ensure sales orders are fulfilled in accordance with contractual commitments and client expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client contacts and working knowledge of client procurement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or Associate's degree with two years of relevant professional office environment work
  • Strong risk/situational-based critical thinking.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision, effectively managing shifting priorities and adapting to changing demands.
  • A high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional office environment working directly with clients and client contacts, minimum of two to five years’ experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An outgoing, organized, and personable attitude.
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to take initiative in order to drive projects forward, with strong time management skills to ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
