Sodexo is seeking a Sr. Bid Manager, Commercial Sales to lead our most complex, high-value pursuits for our Corporate Services segment across North America. In this remoterole, you'll act as a strategic advisor to sales executives - shaping win strategies, embedding governance, and elevating proposal quality through innovation and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate has a proven record leading complex commercial bids, with expertise in sales operations, contracting, and proposal compliance. You're a natural leader who can coach peers, influence senior executives, and drive collaboration across functions. Skilled in project management, CRM, and proposal technology, you thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where rigor and creativity deliver results. Central or Eastern time zones preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the bid process for Sodexo's nationally - and sometimes globally - most complex, multi-million-dollar, and strategically significant pursuits.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, shaping win strategies, competitive positioning, and proposal themes with sales leaders and operations.
  • Facilitate executive-level bid reviews, ensuring alignment with pricing guardrails, risk policies, and growth priorities.
  • Govern bid standards and enforce approval workflows to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes, introducing AI-enabled tools, and reducing cycle time.
  • Engage stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver winning proposals.
  • Oversee final quality control and compliance checks, ensuring seamless handoff to implementation teams.
  • Mentor and coach junior bid staff, building team capabilities through training, playbooks, and best practices.
