About the Role

At Circadia, our Account Coordinators are essential to delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Managers and collaborate with Design, Project Management, and Accounting to support projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things organized, moving, and accurate while still playing a visible role in client success.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and coordination of client quotes and orders
  • Ensure accuracy across pricing, specifications, and order details
  • Partner with internal teams to keep projects on track
  • Communicate updates and provide responsive support to clients and teammates
  • Help monitor order progress and assist with issue resolution
