Join F1 Arcade, where we're not just delivering experiences. We're creating unforgettable moments. As we expand across the U.S., we're looking for a National Sales Manager to lead the charge and drive success across multiple high-profile venues.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell across multiple F1 Arcade locations, building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and partners nationwide. From grand openings to flagship destinations, you'll play a key role in bringing the high-octane energy of F1 Arcade to cities across the country.

Specifics of the role
Base Compensation: $75,000 + commission
OTE: $95,000 - $115,000
Location: River North, Chicago
Hours of work: Must be flexible to work varied shifts
Reporting to: Regional Director of Sales

Key responsibilities of a Sales Manager
  • Ignite Sales Success: Lead our sales efforts by driving revenue and excellence through strategic planning, outbound prospecting, and execution of private events and large group bookings.
  • Accelerate Growth: Tap into your established network and book of business to propel our locations to new heights, securing corporate and social sector clients while maintaining a clear understanding of our unique identity and offerings.
  • Lead with Precision: Guide and develop a team of Sales and Events Managers, ensuring they're equipped with the tools, energy and drive needed to exceed targets and deliver world-class service.
  • Rev Up Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by designing and implementing innovative sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling across multiple venue locations and revenue optimization.

The ideal Sales Manager will have these key skills:
  • Extensive experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Extensive experience generating outbound leads, including cold calling.
  • Excellent measuring and analyzing key performance indicators like ROI and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
  • Existing knowledge of venue markets, consumer trends and competitive analysis gives you a strategic edge, while your familiarity with CRM software, including Tripleseat, Seven Rooms and Toast, positions you as a tech-savvy leader.
  • Have a deep understanding of venue operations and the ability to motivate and lead a high-performance sales team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skills.
  • Good energy, self-starter, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
