Associate Sales Representative – Medical Device | Chicago-Based | Travel Opportunity | Path to Promotion

Dermatology | Full-Time | Entry-Level with Fast-Track Advancement


Are you ready to break into medical device sales and build a long-term career with a rapidly growing company in the dermatology space? We’re hiring an Associate Sales Representative in Chicago to support a high-performing sales team across multiple states. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance into a Territory Manager role within 6–12 months where you could earn $150k+.

Position Highlights

  • Title: Associate Sales Representative
  • Location: Chicagoland Area
  • Territory: Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Dakotas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oregon, Washington
  • Travel: Up to 80% — 3 weeks/month on the road, 1 week in local geography


What You’ll Do

  • Support Territory Managers with sales strategy, education, and in-office trainings
  • Conduct cold calling and new market development
  • Ride along with TMs to gain exposure to the full sales cycle
  • Learn how to sell a pay-per-use, CPT-reimbursed device model — no capital equipment sales


What You Need

  • 1–2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term customer relationships
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate for promotion
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A passion for healthcare and sales


Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $55,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000–$90,000
  • Car Allowance: $500/month + gas card
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, life insurance, phone & internet reimbursement
  • Travel Reimbursement: Weekly via Concur for all airfare, hotel, car rentals, meals, etc.
