Join the PCS Software data services leadership team, where our charter is to build and develop high-performing data engineering teams to ensure products and programs are appropriately resourced and ensure continuous improvement in technical capability, process and compliance within our software ecosystem-including Information Systems Shared Services.
We seek a highly motivated, accountable software leader who is passionate about improving reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of data services. In this role, you will lead the data services software organization. As a Senior Manager, you will own multi-year plans to build and develop high-performing teams. You will manage engineering activities to ensure overall product quality, team staffing, and budget management. You will partner with Product Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and business leaders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable customer value. This role requires both strategic leadership and the ability to operate effectively in a highly dynamic, reactive environment-demonstrating technical depth, agility, and resilience.
This position is in Mounds View, MN. within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) unit. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. We are working on-site 4 days per week as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$175,200.00 - $262,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others)
