Job description

Manage all assigned technology components, including setting vision, direction and execution. Develop strategy and high-level implementation plans for the delivery of new technology and validate business proposition of this technology. Evaluate currently deployed services and develop plans to optimize delivery. Improve technology usability. Liaise closely with business to optimize use of systems and applications. Assess the technology platform to ensure reliability, availability, security, cost, performance justification, regulatory infrastructure for longterm and short-term planning. Foster relationship via communication that focuses on required business decisions. Establish and maintain professional working relationships between IT and the associated customers. Represent IT team in project/business meetings and engagements. Introduce new customers to IT services to familiarize them with our systems, services, policies and procedures. Lead projects from inception/design through implementation; provide technical guidance, training and work direction. Leverage personnel to develop new programs, systems and/or computing infrastructure in relation to assigned responsibilities to produce high-quality, functional systems and/or computing infrastructure. Develop technical, project management and leadership skills, set performance goals and objectives, provide supervision and performance management of direct reports.


Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, related field, or foreign degree equivalent.


Experience Requirements: Five years of progressively responsible experience in software application design and development in service-oriented architectures with medium or large operating environments supporting 1 million or more transactions per month in the healthcare industry.


Travel: Candidate may work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Compensation Range:

$94,100.00 - $164,800.00
