Product Specialist - Supply Chain
Position Summary
The Product Specialist - Supply Chain drives value creation and regional business outcomes by evolving ERP product capabilities through targeted enhancements and projects while supporting Product Owners in achieving global convergence.
Positioned at the intersection of strong business proximity and high standardization, the Product Specialist acts as a key enabler of ERP product evolution across the organization.
The Supply Chain Product Specialist will support the following functional areas:
  • Purchasing
  • Sourcing
  • Purchase Requisitions
  • Purchase Orders
  • Planning / Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver ERP enhancements and process improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized ERP solutions.
  • Ensure enhancements align with regional and global business strategies.
  • Consolidate local process variations into a shared global ERP template, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with the target operating model.
  • Assess and reduce local customizations and process deviations by transitioning toward standardized, globally supported ERP solutions.
  • Identify and eliminate duplicated or overlapping processes and solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support for complex, non-standard, or recurring system issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and convert findings into enhancement backlog items.
  • Transfer knowledge to Second-Level Support teams through playbooks, guidelines, and comprehensive documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience

Technical Expertise
  • Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, including ticket management, workflows, and knowledge base management.
  • Experience using SharePoint for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Understanding of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design.
