Job description

DatamanUSA is looking for a Management Analyst III for our direct client based in DE. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.

Job Details:
Job Title: Management Analyst III
Location: New Castle, DE
Duration: 12+ months


Roles & Responsibilities:
*) The Program Integrity Specialists under the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant will be responsible for conducting both planned and ad-hoc program integrity reviews of all awarded providers and projects to ensure appropriate implementation, adherence to grant requirements/contract deliverables, troubleshooting and supporting projects/partners on barriers, and ensuring the integrity of grant funded projects.
*) This includes assessing performance based on executed agreements and grant requirements, reviewing programmatic data outcomes, and determining programmatic progress or shortfalls, and identifying technical assistance needs to support effective implementation.
*) This role conducts desk reviews of submitted data (for accuracy and timeliness), both virtual and in-person site visits to programs across the state, assists with sub-grantee and grant fiscal tracking/analysis for assigned projects, coordinates with other fiscal, grant management, and programmatic staff, and completes other grant-related duties as assigned.
