This is clearly one of the most critical Accounts within RTC. The Account Program Analyst responsibilities for RTC programs and projects are crucial to keeping the entire portfolio funded, documented, and properly reported to RTC leadership and to U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command

What you'll do all day: As a part of the test management team, Account Program Analysts take program direction from the Test Program Integration Directorate and assists in coordination of the planning, management, and oversight of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities for their programs and projects within the RTC. The Account Program Analyst creates, monitors and maintains the programs integrated master schedule, workload projection report and financial execution report. The Account Program Analyst reviews and edits proposals for grammar and format and assists Test Engineers and Test Coordinators with bottom-up cost estimation and creating detailed cost and schedule proposals.

Assists with customer communication and documentation of scope changes and amended project proposals. Provides key input for program management reviews and may represent the account at Customer Business Reviews. Prefer 3 to 5 years of developing plans, budgets, schedules, and customer support agreements to meet project requirements to meet project requirements; providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs; validating costs; comparing performance against plans; and reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources. Professional organizational and communications skills. Entrepreneurial self-starter.

Management analyst III and IV labor category requirements are acceptable for this requirement. Knowledge of different types of government funding a plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S

Citizenship is required for all applicants) Desired skills and experience for this position: Management Analyst III and IV labor category requirements are acceptable for this requirement.
