Job Summary:
A Treasury Management Analyst should demonstrate commitment to delivering distinctive service. This position will be responsible for servicing the ongoing needs of our treasury management clients. The role will assist clients with the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring they understand how to use treasury management services such as Online Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, ACH Block & Filter, etc. The Treasury Management Analyst will partner with Treasury Management Advisors and Financial Advisors to ensure the overall success of the treasury management program.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Respond to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolve client issues. Support firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings). Implement treasury management products and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure pricing is accurate as services are added, altered, or removed. Partner with Operations during the implementation of new treasury management services and as needed when servicing treasury management clients. Assist clients in using specific features of systems and services. Provide training to clients as needed. Handle limit increases in accordance with policies and procedures. Research and resolve issues for clients. Work to uncover root cause for issues and determine how to prevent repeat occurrences. Partner with peers, operations and IT as needed. Test new services and system features as enhancements and upgrades to our systems are implemented. Assist team members and peers as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service, including but not limited to online enrollments, support calls, responding to client messages, training, and implementations. Engage in constructive feedback with a positive attitude. Build strong partnerships with TM advisors and support all sales and servicing activities. Proactively look for opportunities that will impact the overall success of the TM team. Meet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate. Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent -- College degree is preferred.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services; minimum 5 years' treasury management experience, specifically Account Analysis, ACH Lockbox, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweep, Wire Transfer.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software. Knowledge of Treasury Management operations. Broad knowledge of bank products and services. Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations and compliance requirements related to treasury management, specifically Check 21, NACHA rule and guidelines. Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills. Proven analytical ability and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks. Must be flexible, multi-task and prioritize daily tasks, with effective time-management skills to meet deadlines. Excellent client service skills. Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and team members. The physical activities of this job include but are not limited to the ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, use of manual dexterity, verbal communication, visual acuity, repetitive motion, and the ability to hear. Often long periods of mental concentration are required. Other activities are the ability to bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp.
