  • Respond to and implement intake requests from contact centre business units prioritized by Product Owner 

  • Deliver prioritized tasks based on operational urgency and platform squad alignment 

  • Develop and maintain AWSbased solutions using services like Lambda DynamoDB Connect Lex and Polly 

  • Monitor system health and performance via AWS CloudWatch 

  • Implement infrastructure changes using AWS CDK 

  • Collaborate across squads to support platform enhancements 

  • Track progress and provide updates through established workflows and tools
