Job Description

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to contribute to our team and lead project management for enterprise, commercial excellence and internal initiatives for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. The role is highly cross-functional and facilitates the execution of business priorities and strategies by: developing and managing project plans, developing and tracking key milestones and metrics, strategic alignment of stakeholders, synthesizing key insights, meeting preparation, and contributing to the development of senior leadership presentations.

The ideal candidate will be interested in working in a strategic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Drive day-to-day operations:

  • Partner with core teams and key stakeholders to align priorities, goals, and deliverables
  • Support key workstreams; translate strategic priorities, create and manage project plans, develop and maintain trackers and dashboards
  • Synthesize key insights from meeting discussions, determine and drive next steps/deliverables, ownership and timing
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and advance work across business units and cross-functional teams.
  • Support projects and meetings, including calendar coordination, agenda and session preparation, content/design/deck development, and executes/follow-ups on actionable items
  • Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks, gaps, and dependencies impacting project delivery and completion

Problem-solve issues as they arise; promote opportunities to balance speed with quality

  • Identify bottlenecks/barriers, anticipate tradeoffs, and provide escalation management recommendations.

Enhance process leadership and strengthen our strategic operations

  • Manage project sprints, pilots, and ongoing operational activities and programs
  • Maintain decision logs and document outcomes to support scalability and future planning
  • Plan, facilitate, and execute workshops, meetings, and events; capture clear next steps and responsible parties
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, presentations, and meeting materials that support strategic decision-making
  • Lead change by championing toolset adoption and driving continuous improvement
Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, consulting, business operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Robust knowledge and practical experience in project management in the healthcare and/or the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver results for complex and cross-functional projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects
  • Effective interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in developing executive level presentations and materials
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and other project management methodologies and tools preferred
