In this role, you'll leverage your mechanical and electrical aptitude to support manufacturing processes, interpret engineering documentation, maintain work instructions, perform equipment maintenance, and collaborate across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform systems integration, manufacturing, and process operations using mechanical and electrical expertise.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and operational support on manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop, write, revise, and maintain manufacturing work instructions, SOPs, technical manuals, process documentation, and engineering change documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure documentation accuracy and process compliance.
  • Review and update documentation to reflect engineering changes, process improvements, and equipment modifications.
  • Research technical issues, troubleshoot documentation inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support configuration management and maintain document control standards, formatting consistency, and version control.

What You'll Bring:
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production support, systems integration, manufacturing engineering support, or a related technical environment.
  • 1+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • 1+ years of experience creating, maintaining, editing, or managing engineering documentation, work instructions, SOPs, or technical manuals.
  • 1+ years of experience working within cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, or operations.
  • 1+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, or supporting manufacturing equipment.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Strong technical writing, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating engineering change orders (ECOs), test procedures, process documentation, and manufacturing specifications.
  • Experience working directly with engineers and subject matter experts to develop technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of document control practices, version management, and technical publishing standards.
  • Experience conducting technical research and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively across teams.
