Job description

Day in Life:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and assist in training and developing Account Reps and Sr. Account Reps. Business continuity; provide back-up for other Account Reps during time-off and handle special projects as assigned by manager or supervisor. Assist with auditing and employee development. Coordinate and administer strategic marketing plans. Culture development.

The starting salary for this role is $50K; commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist manager, supervisor in initial training regarding Hertz’ processes and primary job responsibilities for Account Representatives.

  • Monitor Account Rep activity in maintaining all workflow processes as outline in the job descriptions for the Account Reps.

  • The Account Administrator will act as mentor.

  • Have knowledge of respective Fleet Management Company goals and objectives to identify areas in which Hertz can assist with streamlining of processes, cost-saving measures and improvements in customer service.

  • Conduct audits per month and provide feedback regarding improvement areas.

  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly operative tasks.

  • Point of contact in supervisor or managers’ absence.

  • Provide insight to the local and national sales teams involving strategic initiatives that could further drive revenue and increase market share.

  • Assist Manager with ensuring that Account Representatives complete all reports accurately, and within assigned deadlines.

  • Assist Manager and Supervisor with quarterly performance reviews of Account Reps.

  • Work with Sales and New Account Department to set up new CDP’s in HLES, Sales Systems, and HIRS.

  • Work with Manager on training opportunities and areas of improvement.

  • Work Fleet replacement account reps email box to make sure all emails that come through the box are answered within 24 hrs.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2-year experience in role as Account Representative required; preferred 1 year experience working with Fleet Accounts.

  • Strong commitment to customer service required.

  • Well-developed oral and written communications skills required.

  • Well-developed organizational skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and lend supervisory leadership to Account Representatives required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.

  • Excellent judgement and leadership skills.

  • Must possess management-level decision making skills.

  • Strong PC skills – Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, GAR, DASH, EDICAR, HLES, HIRS, HIRMS.
