Job description

Provides administrative support to multiple managers as well as Sales Professionals in order to meet business objectives and goals within the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple managers and Sales professionals through a variety of communication channels
  • Ability to work and collaborate with a dynamic Sales team
  • Ability to develop and build reports that assist Sales Managers in identifying key trends
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience

four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

CPS or one (1) year of college related courses.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications: Domicile: This position may be located anywhere within the contiguous United States. Locations within the Mountain Time Zone and Central Time Zone are preferred as the individuals they will support are located in those areas. International business knowledge is preferred. Candidate should have strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint and managing calendars & events.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Minimum: $17.88 /hour to Maximum: $28.61 /hour.

Additional Details: This position will support four managers in US International space within the Global Segment.
