Job Description: TSMC Arizona is seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive, high-level support to our executives and their teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities, managing complex schedules, coordinating key events, and providing robust administrative support in our fast-paced, innovative environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the success of leadership within a world-leading semiconductor company, playing a crucial part in our growth and operational excellence.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Comprehensive Calendar Management: Expertly manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring alignment with management priorities.
  • Event Coordination: Skillfully manage executive schedules and coordinate a variety of organizational events, both internal and external. Ensure seamless execution and successful alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Efficiently oversee and manage all aspects of travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives and their teams, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Project Support: Provide essential administrative support for various projects, including effective budget tracking, logistical coordination, and timeline management to ensure successful project progression.
  • Administrative Support: Deliver robust and proactive administrative support for diverse business activities. This includes assisting the department manager and colleagues with a wide range of tasks to maintain operational flow.
  • Meeting Logistics: Coordinate and provide comprehensive logistical support for both onsite and offsite meetings and events. Ensure all technical, catering, and preparatory requirements are met for smooth and productive operations.
  • Team Engagement: Actively support and implement team engagement initiatives designed to foster higher morale, collaboration, and productivity within the team.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in an executive assistant or administrative assistant role.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a a mature, stable, and open-minded approach to work.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and efficiently across all levels and organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements: This position primarily involves sitting and standing in a typical office environment. Occasionally, the role may require assisting with lifting and carrying within normal limits.  

Shift Expectations: Standard work hours: Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.  

Work Location: Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona facility: 5088 W. Innovation Circle, Phoenix, AZ 85083.
