Customer Success Account Manager
Pay: $75,000-87,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday 
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Position Summary-
Are you someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed? 

As our Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they continue to get value from our solutions while creating opportunities for growth and long-term partnership.

You'll lead meaningful conversations, help customers navigate challenges, uncover new opportunities, and turn customer insights into action. Essential Job Duties-
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders through proactive outreach, consultative business reviews, and a deep understanding of their goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate account risk, lead customer retention and renewal discussions, and drive successful outcomes to reduce churn and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Drive account growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios while managing the sales process from discovery through successful implementation
  • Manage and prioritize customer portfolios by monitoring account health, identifying growth and retention opportunities, and leveraging customer feedback to drive strategic account success and continuous improvement
Requirements-
  • Strong customer relationship and consultative communication skills. 
  • Ability to understand customer needs and connect them to practical solutions.
  • Comfort discussing renewals, retention, pricing, and managing expansion opportunities. 
  • Strong organization and follow-through across a portfolio of customers. 
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or another customer-facing environment.
