  • Coordinate permit applications and ensure all required approvals are in place before and during field work.
  • Oversee field service management activities such as scheduling, coordination of crews, and resource allocation.
  • Support troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation issues on conveyor and conveyance systems, including PLC-related diagnostics where applicable.
  • Utilize project management tools, ERP, CRM, and other software to plan, track, and report on project activities.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of turn-key conveyance solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

This role is field-based and involves working primarily at large distribution and e-commerce facilities, including major fulfillment centers, where conveyor and conveyance systems operate around moving mechanical parts. The work schedule often includes substantial overtime, commonly in the range of 40–45 hours of overtime per week, leading to extended workweeks and significant time on the road. You will use tools and technologies such as Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems, AutoDesk tools, and various mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment associated with conveyor systems.
