Job description

Description

Candidate will coordinate with other contractor and government personnel to support the US Coast Guard acquisition Financial Management Service Improvement Initiative (FMSII) Program Management Office (PMO). Candidate will provide subject matter advice and evaluate deliverables, progress and quality of program activities. The key focus will be providing support for all programmatic, Training, Operations & Maintenance, Sustainment and Test and Evaluation (T&E) events.

Data Analysis, Scheduling, Report Generation Meeting Minutes, 

Provide analysis, and reporting of test artifacts such as test scripts, test plans, and test scenarios.

Evaluate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track progress, perform analysis, identify/report deviations and produce management summaries for the testing process.

Provide assessment of program activities, developing timelines and other artifacts to support program management's needs.

Provide management reports documenting status, identifying risks, and preparing summaries, graphics, reports, and/or presentation slides. 

Create customized reports and evaluates data drawn from various sources, perform analysis using MS Excel, other database and MS 365 tools and reporting results. 

Stage, refresh, and validate training data for instructor course work.

Documentation, Facilitation and Consultation 

Attend program meetings providing meeting support, facilitation, and documentation (agenda, meeting minutes, presentation slides)

Update program plans and documentation, prepare operations and procedures manuals, update and create workflow diagrams and organizational charts. 

Create meetings using communication tools such as MS Teams. 

Utilize PowerPoint to create, edit, and customize management briefs.

Navigate SharePoint and maintain/update program files and documentation.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, Teams)

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, maintain high motivation and autonomy. 

Organize and balance multiple tasks and responsibilities, adapt to changing priorities, producing high-quality products in fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate a high aptitude for learning and operate with little instruction on day-to-day work assignments.

Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations.

Focus on client specific tasks and deliver polished products to program manager after peer review.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent or experience with professional certifications.

Two or more years of progressive experience with degree. Degree can be substituted with experience.

Travel to USCG HQ and other locations outlined in the SOW as required to support the task orderÂ
