VOTRE ROLE

Vous jouerez un role cle dans l'experience client en reparant ou en remplacant leur pare-brise avec la plus grande competence et le plus grand soin, grace a nos outils de pointe ;

Realiser le recalibrage de la camera frontale du systeme avance d'aide a la conduite (ADAS) ;

Respecter systematiquement, voire depasser, les normes techniques Speedy Glass pour l'installation de vitrages et autres produits automobiles, et garantir le respect des procedures de qualite et autres procedures de l'entreprise;

Respecter et appliquer les normes techniques et les procedures de travail de Belron International pour la reparation et le remplacement des portes, fenetres et pare-brise;

Assurer le bon entretien des outils;

Respecter systematiquement et strictement les procedures de sante et de securite de l'entreprise en utilisant l'equipement de securite fourni;

Veiller au respect des objectifs de productivite de l'entreprise;

Representer les interets du client dans le cadre de nos procedures internes, notamment en transmettant rapidement ses commentaires et en le tenant informe de l'avancement des travaux;

Rechercher et identifier toutes les opportunites d'augmentation des ventes (ajout de produits) et de developpement de nos opportunites commerciales;

Faire preuve d'un grand professionnalisme en permanence ; Faites preuve d'une grande attention aux details afin d'apporter une valeur ajoutee partout ou vous le pouvez ;

Entretenez des relations authentiques avec vos clients et vos collegues.

CE DONT VOUS AVEZ BESOIN - VOTRE PROFIL

Etre desireux d'apprendre et motive;

Etre capable de soulever jusqu'a 50 lb, au besoin;

Etre titulaire d'un permis de conduire de classe 5 ou de classe G valide (les permis de conduire de classe 7 novice ou G2 ne sont pas consideres comme un permis de conduire complet);

Etre capable de conduire un vehicule de l'entreprise pour effectuer les taches de maniere autonome chez le client, au besoin;

Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent;

Une experience directe dans le secteur de la reparation et du remplacement de vitres automobiles est un atout;

Souci exceptionnel du detail;

Esprit d'equipe, axe sur les resultats et capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois;

Bonnes competences en resolution de problemes et en communication;

Etre disponible pour travailler selon un horaire flexible;

Etre dispose a travailler dans differents etablissements de Belron Canada pres de chez vous, au besoin.
