About the Role: Treasury Management Sales
The Treasury Management Sales position plays a pivotal role in driving low cost, high value deposits, revenue growth, and expanding client relationships within the Treasury Management division. This strategic sales position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing product performance, and delivering exceptional client service. The role requires advanced expertise in treasury management, a strong sales acumen, and effective leadership skills to achieve organizational goals and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead high-stakes client meetings and presentations, effectively showcasing the bank's treasury management solutions.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and client feedback.

Revenue & Deposit Generation / Optimization
  • Drive revenue growth through promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling of treasury management products and services to current customers and new prospects.
  • Analyze market trends and clients' needs to create compelling value propositions and innovative solutions.
  • Continuously grow low-cost and high value deposits through prospecting, joint calling with Commercial RMs, referrals from current book of business, and growth of current relationships through negotiation of non-interest-bearing funds and deposit rates.

Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective implementation.
  • Perform Annual Relationship Reviews / Health Checks with larger Treasury / Commercial clients in current book of business

Sales Support and Strategy Development
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Support and perform prospecting efforts with detailed proposals, RFPs, Networking and competitive analysis.
  • Create and refine marketing materials and presentations to effectively communicate product benefits and solutions.
