About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support business decisions. This role requires knowledge of healthcare data ((Eligibility, Claims processing & Reimbursements, Benefits Configuration etc.), strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Primary ย Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support decision-making processes.
  • Create visualizations and summaries of data insights for easy interpretation by management and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions accordingly.
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validation checks.
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
