Job description

The HRIS Program Lead serves as the primary technology partner to the HR organization, translating HR business needs into scalable system solutions. This role owns key components of the HR technology ecosystem, drives implementations and enhancements, and bridges HR operations with technology execution. The position requires both functional HR expertise and hands-on HR technology experience, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Technology Leadership

  • Own and support the HRIS technology portfolio.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements.
  • Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate current HR processes and drive automation and simplification.
  • Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee and manager experiences.

Policy & Governance

  • Support the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies.
  • Ensure policies are consistently applied through systems and workflows.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements

Program & Project Management

  • Lead HRIS projects from planning through deployment.
  • Manage timelines, risks, user testing, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities and vendor deliverables.
  • Develop project documentation and status reporting

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems.
  • Support reporting, analytics, auditing, and compliance activities.
  • Partner with People Analytics teams to improve reporting capabilities

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
  • Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Deliver training, manage change communications, and user support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong functional HR knowledge combined with HR technology expertise.
  • Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software.
  • Experience in multi-country and multi-time zone environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of HR compliance requirements and system design implications.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled HR technology solutions, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
