Job description

We are seeking a Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  • upload and register all repair requests in system
  • Check all new tasks in system and discuss with the supervisor
  • text and coordinate all repair requires from Tenants.
  • Communicate with Property Manager
  • update the tasks
  • follow up on estimates from the vendors and communicate with property manager
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely frame
  • Ensure to info the owner of the houses regarding the repairs on going and provide them the estimate which it is from the vendors.
  • upload all pictures and info in system

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build report with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
